HOW can I apply?
Call Andrés Calderón, Home Repair Program Director, Monday through Friday, 8-9 am or 1-2 pm at 801 355-7085. He will ask you the nature of the problem, the city you live in, if you own or are buying your home, the number of people in the household and the total gross monthly income from all sources in the household.
If your household is eligible, Andrés will schedule a time to come to your home to assess the problem and fill out an application. At that time he will need to see verification of home ownership and household income. After the work is completed it is your responsibility to call ASSIST to schedule an inspection.
